Thanks for the comment Sara, after the meal I felt the same way. Just wish they would go back to the older version where they weren’t included. Their regular tasting menu (not the taco omakase) doesn’t have drinks included so I’m looking forward to trying that one out in the winter to see the difference in food and experience.

I want to eat at Pujol, but I don’t like that the drinks are not optional. I understand the experience aspect, but it nearly doubles the price :/
