You sound like a dream tourist πŸ™‚ Let me know what you’re most looking forward to in Prague or any questions you have and I’m happy to help out πŸ™‚ If you’re interested in art history I cannot recommend more visiting The National Gallery in Prague to see Alphonse Mucha’s Slav Epic. The paintings are enormous and so powerful, plus are a great way to learn, through incredible visuals, a lot about the country’s history.

Everywhere bloggers are telling me how not to dress like a tourist or not to go to touristy places. Truth is, I am a tourist. I look like one, and I want to see those tourist attractions that are beautiful and famous! There’s a reason they are famous. However, I try to be a good tourist. I learn some of the language, I am polite, I study before I travel. I go in the off season, and I try to support local businesses. I don’t expect people to drop everything and cater to me. And, I have fabulous experiences. People are good to me because I am good to them. So, that’s my little rant for the day.

PS I love your posts! I’m planning a trip to Prague, and you’ve been very helpful.
