I grew up in Kenya and although I loved art in school I had never been taught about Frida. I only discovered her work when I went to university many years ago in Poland where my course included cultural studies. Frida’s life story and her art immensely fascinated me and I have always wanted to visit Casa Azul and your guide, including the pictures, has been thoroughly enjoyable!
